Red Re-Design, Vendor Search, and Fabrication

Bringing Red Robin's beloved mascot Red to life was a large scale project that I spearheaded.

Phase 1: Red Re-Design took place and wrapped up right during my onboarding at Agent E. I was caught up to speed on the needs of the client (Red Robin). The next step was to make our new and improved Red come to life - literally.

This project involved finding a suitable mascot vendor to bring to life the new and improved Red for Red Robin. I also managed vendor relations and communication during the fabrication of the prototype while ensuring that regular check-in meetings were held to keep the client and designers informed of the progress. I developed a very entertaining and educational relationships with the vendor, learning about a industry I never foresaw myself being apart of.

As one of my biggest solo-managed projects, I am proud of its course and the results achieved. The prototype of Red was produced around mid July of 2023, and was used for field testing throughout the summer. The goal was to have around 500+ Reds Produced by 2025, and vendor & client are right on track to do so.
